If you're campaigning for a Yes or a No vote at the referendum, you need to be familiar with the requirements for campaigners.
What applies to you?
Authorisation rules typically apply to referendum entities - individuals or groups who spend money for the dominant purpose of communicating to influence the way people vote in a referendum.
Authorisation rules do not usually apply to individuals discussing their views about the referendum on social media platforms or in person, however they will apply if you have been paid to communicate in a certain way. Click the button above to learn more.
