Postal voting

The postal voting data available as a csv downloadable file will be updated daily to provide a cumulative total, by electoral division, of the number of postal vote applications (PVAs) processed by the AEC.

As the election progresses, this file will be updated to include the number of postal vote certificates (PVCs) returned to the AEC for the 2022 federal election. This data will be refreshed daily until Friday 20 May 2022.

Pre-poll voting

The pre-poll voting data in this spreadsheet includes all the pre-poll votes cast at pre-poll voting centres (PPVCs) for the 2022 federal election. The spreadsheet includes a breakdown of the number of pre-poll votes issued at every PPVC for every day of the pre-poll voting period.

Overseas voting

The files below provide the number of votes processed by overseas posts.

The telephone voting figures reflect the number of electors who have been marked off.
