Pick up a paper enrolment form
You can pick up a printed enrolment form with a reply paid envelope from:
- any Post Office or Australia Post outlet;
- Medicare, Centrelink or Australian Taxation Office outlets;
- AEC offices;
- state/territory electoral offices; or
you can contact us and we will send you one.
To complete your paper enrolment form, you will need to follow each of these steps:
- read the instructions on the form;
- have your drivers’ licence or alternative proof of identity available;
- enter your details in all required boxes; and
- return the signed form to the AEC.
If you need help filling in the form please contact the AEC for assistance. When your enrolment form has been received and processed the AEC will confirm your enrolment.
