Improving overseas voting by youth in Australian Federal Elections
This project is sponsored by the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC), and undertaken by candidates for the Executive Masters of Public Administration (EMPA) of the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG).
The Australian Electoral Commission is keen to examine overseas voting trends in the last 3 Australian Federal Elections and develop methods to increase voter participation, especially from Australian youth (aged 18 to 34) overseas.
Research results may used by the AEC to inform the development of policy options in this area in the future.
