2007 Virtual Tally Room Election Night Guide

The Virtual Tally Room is a web-based application that delivers progressive election results via the Internet and is open to the public. If you regularly use the Internet you should have no trouble navigating your way around the Virtual Tally Room.

Since the last election the AEC has significantly upgraded the Virtual Tally Room. It now produces a more comprehensive range of summary and analysis screens – 1200 individual pages of results on election night and more than 20 000 pages in the
post-election period.

For the 2007 federal election, the Virtual Tally Room will provide individual electoral division results and the time they were last updated so users can monitor the most recent figures.
