Alternatively, you can request a printed copy from any AEC office or AEC Indigenous Community Engagement Officer in your state or territory.

SAMPLE RESPONSE Customer service and communication skills

I am an active member of my community. I volunteer at the school canteen and coach the local netball team. I believe people should be treated with respect and for this reason I am always polite and approachable. My work as a coach demonstrates my ability to communicate well with parents and students. This includes explaining good game technique and speaking with my students to make sure they avoid dehydration or injury.

We also encourage Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people to identify in the Other Information section of the form.
