The main suburbs include Allambie Heights, Balgowlah, Balgowlah Heights, Brookvale, Castle Cove, Curl Curl, East Killara, East Lindfield, Fairlight, Forestville, Harbord, Killarney Heights, Manly, Manly Vale, Middle Cove, Mosman, Queenscliff, Roseville Chase, Seaforth and parts of Beacon Hill, Dee Why and Frenchs Forest.
