Topic 2: Do I have to enrol and vote?

20 minute session, including activities

On completion of this topic participants will understand that it is compulsory for Australian citizens over 18 years of age to enrol and vote in Australia.

Topic 3: Where do I go to vote?

5 minute session

On completion of this topic participants will understand there are various ways in which voters can vote at a federal election.

Topic 4: What happens on election day?

20 minute session, including activities

On completion of this topic participants will know what to expect when they attend a polling place on a federal election day.

Topic 5: How do I make sure my vote gets counted?

20 minute session, including activities

On completion of this topic participants will understand how to complete their ballot papers correctly to ensure their votes will be counted.
