Mitchell covers an area of approximately 182 sq km from Northmead and Baulkham Hills in the south to O'Haras Creek between Maraylya and Kenthurst in the north. The main suburbs include Annangrove, Baulkham Hills, Bella Vista, Box Hill, Castle Hill, Dural, Glenhaven, Kellyville, Kenthurst, Maraylya, Nelson, Northmead, North Rocks, Rouse Hill and West Pennant Hills.
