Electoral Commission directs redistribution to commence Commences as per Section 59 of the Act
Quota of Electors is determined As soon as possible
Electoral Commissioner invites written suggestions from public As soon as possible
Appointment of Redistribution Committee As soon as possible
Public Suggestions invited As soon as possible
Closing date for Public Suggestions 5th Friday after invitation
Suggestions available for public comments 5th Monday after invitation
Closing date for written comments on public suggestions 7th Friday after invitation
Redistribution Committee considers suggestions and comments and develops a set of boundary proposals No time specified
Redistribution Committee publishes and exhibits maps showing proposed boundaries and names No time specified
Public objections to proposals invited As soon as possible
Closing date for written objections to proposal 4th Friday after invitation
Objections available for public comments 5th Monday after invitation

Augmented Electoral Commission considers objections 60 days from closing date of comments on objections
