Statement from the Australian Electoral Commission regarding Division of Lindsay
The AEC received a complaint from the Australian Labor Party last night in relation to pamphlets distributed in the Division of Lindsay.
The AEC also received a letter from the State Director of the NSW Liberal Party, Mr Graham Jaeschke this morning about this matter.
This matter is being investigated and has been referred by the AEC this morning to the Australian Federal Police.
