Media Release 2005: Deregistration of Australian Progressive Alliance and Tasmanian Independent Senator Brian Harradine Group

On 22 August 2005, the delegate of the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) deregistered the Australian Progressive Alliance and the Tasmanian Independent Senator Brian Harradine Group.

Deregistration of these two parties was subsequent to the receipt of requests for voluntary deregistration from the secretary of each party.
