Media Release 2003: Cunningham By-Election Disclosure Returns released Monday

Election returns of candidates, third parties, broadcasters and publishers for the Cunningham by-election (held on 10 November 2002) which have been lodged with the Australian Electoral Commission, will be available for public inspection from 9am on Monday, 7 April 2003.

Candidates are required to lodge returns of donations received and certain categories of expenditure incurred. Third parties who donated to candidates, and broadcasters and publishers who have broadcast or published electoral advertisements must also lodge election returns.

These election returns are available for inspection at the AEC's Central Office at West Block, Queen Victoria Terrace, Parkes, ACT and at the AEC's NSW Head Office in Sydney at Level 1, Roden Cutler House, Campbell Street, Haymarket during normal office hours.

Please note that these returns will not be available on the AEC website at this time.
